When you submit our project-request form or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, project address, and a description of your project. When you call or text our business number, we keep records of that communication so we can follow up on your request.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule estimates and showroom visits, run your project, and follow up afterward. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who operate our phone, text, and scheduling systems on our behalf.

Calls and text messages

Submitting the request form constitutes consent to receive calls and text messages from Diamond Kitchen and Bath about your request. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Retention

We keep project records for as long as needed to support your project and any warranty questions that follow it, and as required for ordinary business record-keeping.
