What a Diamond kitchen remodel includes
- Design at the showroom: door styles, finishes, storage, and hardware picked in person, with measurements from your home.
- Cabinets and countertops: supplied through our showroom, installed by our own crew.
- Layout changes: wall removals, relocated sinks and appliances, new islands and peninsulas.
- The trades: plumbing and electrical moves, lighting, backsplash tile, and drywall by the same crew.
- Flooring: hardwood, LVP, or tile installed on the same schedule, by the same team.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Once cabinets are in hand, the build itself typically runs one to three weeks depending on scope; our crews are in-house, so the trades run back-to-back with no idle days between them. The longer variable is cabinet lead time, which we lock in up front so demo day is scheduled around confirmed delivery dates.
Can you move walls, plumbing, or the layout?
Wall removals, relocated sinks and dishwashers, new islands, and lighting changes are routine parts of our kitchen projects. Structural and layout changes get scoped during the free estimate so the plan and the price reflect them from day one.
Can I use my kitchen during the remodel?
Partially, and we plan for it. There's a stretch, demo through countertop install, where the kitchen is out of service, and we help you set up a temporary station with the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We keep that stretch as short as the schedule allows.
Where do the cabinets come from?
From our own cabinet showroom in Raleigh. You pick door styles, finishes, and storage in person before anything is ordered. Cabinets are also available without a full remodel if you just want new boxes and counters.
