Our crews cover every trade themselves: tear-out, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and drywall.
The five steps of a Diamond remodel
- Free estimate. Tell us about the project by phone or the form on our contact page. We look at the space, listen to what you want, and give you a real scope and number, free.
- Design at the showroom. Cabinets, counters, and finishes chosen in person, with your measurements on the table. Nothing is ordered until you've touched it.
- Scheduling around cabinet dates. Demo day is set once cabinet lead times are locked, so your kitchen is never torn out waiting for a delivery.
- The build. Our crews run the trades back-to-back with no idle days between them. You get one point of contact the whole way.
- Walkthrough. We walk the job with you, write down anything that needs another pass, and fix it before the last invoice.
Why in-house crews change the experience
When a remodeler coordinates five subcontractors, every handoff is a chance for a lost week. When the same company owns every trade, the tile setter starts the morning after the plumber leaves. The total timeline still depends on scope and cabinet lead times; what changes is that the schedule has no idle days in it.
Frequently asked questions
What should I do before demo day?
Clear out the cabinets and counters, set up a temporary kitchen station (fridge, microwave, coffee) in another room, and plan a path for the crew from the door to the workspace. We walk through all of this with you the week before, so there are no surprises about what day one looks like.
How do change orders work?
If you change your mind mid-project or we uncover something behind a wall, the change is written up, priced, and approved by you before the work happens. No verbal maybes that show up on a final bill. Customers in our reviews mention staying close to budget; written change orders are why.
Who will actually be in my house?

Do you handle the permit process?
We tell you exactly what your project requires during the estimate. In North Carolina, cosmetic like-for-like work under $40,000 is generally exempt, while moving plumbing, adding circuits, or removing walls triggers permits. We factor the permit timeline into the schedule so inspections don't catch you by surprise.
